Quarter Backs

Vick is now all the way up to QB6 for week 2. He's now surpassed Stafford, Kaepernick, RG3, and Luck this week.

The only tough decision for QB's this week is if you are debating between two of those four I just mentioned

Tier 1: Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees
Tier 2: Matt Ryan, Cam Newton
Tier 3: Tom Brady, Michael Vick, Matthew Stafford, Colin Kaepernick, Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck
Tier 4: Tony Romo, Eli Manning, Russell Wilson
Tier 5: Terrelle Pryor, Carson Palmer, Jay Cutler, Matt Schaub, Josh Freeman
Tier 6: Sam Bradford, Joe Flacco, Andy Dalton, Philip Rivers, Ben Roethlisberger, Alex Smith
Tier 7: Ryan Tannehill, E.J. Manuel
Tier 8: Brandon Weeden, Chad Henne, Geno Smith

Running Backs

There's not much dispute until we get to tier 6 - Sproles/Wilson/Williams are a coin flip.  As are Richardson, Miller and Mathews.

Going further down to tier 8, we find more debate among Bell/Tate, Bernard/Green-Ellis, etc.

Tier 1: Adrian Peterson, LeSean McCoy, Doug Martin, Jamaal Charles
Tier 2: Ray Rice, Arian Foster, C.J. Spiller, Matt Forte, Trent Richardson
Tier 3: Alfred Morris, Steven Jackson, Reggie Bush, Marshawn Lynch
Tier 4: Maurice Jones-Drew, Stevan Ridley, DeMarco Murray
Tier 5: Darren McFadden, Eddie Lacy, Chris Johnson, Frank Gore
Tier 6: Darren Sproles, David Wilson, DeAngelo Williams, Daryl Richardson, Lamar Miller, Ryan Mathews
Tier 7: Rashard Mendenhall
Tier 8: Ahmad Bradshaw, Joique Bell, Ben Tate, Giovani Bernard, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Knowshon Moreno, Vick Ballard
Tier 9: Christopher Ivory, Fred Jackson

Wide Receivers

Amendola is not playing so disregard him.  WR21-WR25 in tier 5 (Brown, Shorts, Smith, Boldin, Decker) all seem to be largely equal to the experts this week.  As do WR26-WR30 in tier 6 (Edelman, Austin, Wallace, White).

Keep in mind the Roddy White is a dangerous play.  Follow the news on him carefully.  Edelman is a complete wildcard capable of WR1 numbers this week, but experts have pinned him between tiers 5 and 6.

Tier 1: Calvin Johnson, Brandon Marshall, Demaryius Thomas, A.J. Green, Julio Jones, Larry Fitzgerald
Tier 2: Andre Johnson, Dez Bryant, Vincent Jackson, Victor Cruz, Randall Cobb
Tier 3: Reggie Wayne, Jordy Nelson, Pierre Garcon, Wes Welker, DeSean Jackson, Marques Colston
Tier 4: Hakeem Nicks, Dwayne Bowe, Steve Smith
Tier 5: Antonio Brown, Cecil Shorts, Torrey Smith, Anquan Boldin, Eric Decker
Tier 6: Julian Edelman, Miles Austin, Mike Wallace, Mike Williams, Roddy White, Steve Johnson
Tier 7: James Jones, Ty Hilton, Kenbrell Thompkins, Lance Moore
Tier 8: Chris Givens, Michael Floyd, Brian Hartline, Greg Jennings, Golden Tate, Tavon Austin, Emmanuel Sanders
Tier 9: Vincent Brown, Andre Roberts, Alshon Jeffery, Rueben Randle, Kenny Britt

Tight ends

Those of you lucky enough to grab Thomas are going to have a hard decision if they want to start him ahead of TE7 or higher (Finley).

Sudfeld tanks to TE17, and probably shouldn't get started if you have anyone in tier 3 or higher.

Tier 1: Jimmy Graham, Jason Witten, Tony Gonzalez, Vernon Davis, Jared Cook
Tier 2: Jordan Cameron, Jermichael Finley, Julius Thomas, Greg Olsen, Owen Daniels
Tier 3: Brandon Myers, Antonio Gates, Kyle Rudolph, Martellus Bennett, Fred Davis, Brent Celek
Tier 4: Zach Sudfeld, Kellen Winslow, Brandon Pettigrew, Dallas Clark, Tyler Eifert, Jermaine Gresham
Tier 5: Coby Fleener, Zach Miller, Marcedes Lewis, Delanie Walker
Tier 6: Garrett Graham, Heath Miller, Jordan Reed, Joseph Fauria

Flex

Again, Edelman is a complete mystery to experts and there is no agreement as to where he should fall. If you had to pin him somewhere it looks like it's anywhere between tier 4 (Antonio Brown) through tier 5.

There are lots of coin flip scenarios between close ranks as far as the 70+ experts think.  Hopefully your flex position is between two guys that are easily separated.  If not, go with your gut.

Tier 1: Randall Cobb, Chris Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Frank Gore, Jordy Nelson
Tier 2: Pierre Garcon, Wes Welker, DeSean Jackson, Darren Sproles, Marques Colston, David Wilson, DeAngelo Williams, Hakeem Nicks
Tier 3: Dwayne Bowe, Daryl Richardson, Ryan Mathews, Lamar Miller, Steve Smith, Jason Witten
Tier 4: Antonio Brown, Cecil Shorts, Torrey Smith, Anquan Boldin, Eric Decker, Tony Gonzalez, Rashard Mendenhall, Mike Wallace, Miles Austin, Mike Williams, Roddy White, Julian Edelman
Tier 5: Steve Johnson, Vernon Davis, James Jones, Ty Hilton
Tier 6: Ahmad Bradshaw, Lance Moore, Jared Cook, Kenbrell Thompkins, Ben Tate, Chris Givens, Joique Bell
Tier 7: Jordan Cameron, Golden Tate, Michael Floyd, Brian Hartline, Greg Jennings, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Giovani Bernard, Vick Ballard, Jermichael Finley

Kickers

My advice for kickers and defenses remains the same: no need to drop and upgrade unless you are moving up a tier for the week.

Tier 1: Matt Bryant, Stephen Gostkowski, Matt Prater
Tier 2: Justin Tucker, Greg Zuerlein, Blair Walsh, Phil Dawson, Garrett Hartley, Randy Bullock, Dan Bailey
Tier 3: Sebastian Janikowski, David Akers
Tier 4: Alex Henery, Steven Hauschka, Kai Forbath, Robbie Gould, Josh Brown, Mason Crosby, Adam Vinatieri
Tier 5: Mike Nugent, Caleb Sturgis, Ryan Succop, Rian Lindell, Shaun Suisham, Jay Feely

Defense

Tier 1: Houston Texans, New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals
Tier 2: Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens
Tier 3: Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys
Tier 4: St. Louis Rams, Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers, Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions
